The Biggest Party of the Year. Period.

Halloween at Friends of Ellis is more than a party.

It’s an entire weekend built around meeting people, letting loose, trying new things, and having a ridiculously good time.

For one weekend, we take over the hotel and fill it with Friends of Ellis members. The people you meet at check-in are the same people you’ll see at breakfast, at Swingers 101, during games, in the lounge, on the dance floor, and maybe somewhere much more interesting later.

This is what makes a hotel takeover different.

You never really leave the party.

Friday: Arrive. Meet People. Get Comfortable.

Check in, get settled, and start meeting the people you’ll be spending the weekend with.

Friday is built to make that easy.

We’ll have social spaces, games, icebreakers, and opportunities to actually talk to people before the lights go down and the music comes up.

If you’re new, nervous, curious, or just trying to remember everyone’s name, you’re not expected to walk into a room full of strangers and magically know what to do.

We give you ways to connect.

Then Friday night becomes Spooky Glow Night.

Blacklights. Neon. Halloween energy. Music. Drinks. Dancing.

Go full glow. Go spooky. Go sexy. Wear UV paint. Throw on something ridiculous. Or just show up ready to have fun.

The ballroom comes alive, the hotel starts buzzing, and suddenly the people you met earlier don’t feel like strangers anymore.

And when you want a break from the dance floor?

Go grab a drink. Find a couch. Hang out with friends. Explore the dungeon. Check out the play lounges. Head upstairs for a while.

Your night can be as social, as wild, or as relaxed as you want it to be.

Saturday Morning: Wake Up Inside the Party.

This might be one of the best parts of a takeover.

You don’t wake up and drive home.

You wake up in the middle of the same hotel with everyone else.

Grab breakfast. Drink coffee. Laugh about Friday night. Meet the couple you somehow missed the night before. Sit around in comfortable clothes and realize just how easy it is to get to know people when nobody is rushing off to the real world.

Saturday: Learn. Laugh. Flirt. Explore.

The daytime is packed with ways to connect.

Swingers 101 gives newer and curious members a comfortable place to learn, ask questions, and understand the lifestyle without pressure.

Speed Dating makes meeting people fast, fun, and way less awkward than trying to work an entire ballroom on your own.

We’ll have games and social activities throughout the day because sometimes the easiest way to meet someone is to laugh with them first.

There will be places to lounge, talk, flirt, recover, and just hang out.

And for those who want to explore a little more, the play lounges and dungeon spaces give you options beyond the dance floor.

You don’t have to participate in everything.

You don’t have to participate in anything.

You decide what your weekend looks like.

Saturday Night: The Halloween Costume Party.

This is the big one.

People disappear into their rooms in the afternoon...

Then the elevators start opening.

Sexy costumes. Scary costumes. Ridiculous costumes. Elaborate costumes. Barely technically costumes.

The ballroom fills up. The music gets louder. The drinks start flowing. The costume contest begins. The whole hotel changes gears.

We’re also working on bringing an on-site tattoo artist back for the weekend for anyone who wants a more permanent souvenir.
